I offer coaching programs targeted to a wide variety of health, wellness, and life goals. My areas of expertise include:

- Creating diet, exercise, and stress management programs for depression and low energy sufferers
- Designing diet and exercise programs to help athletes increase power and performance and avoid injury
- Nutrition and exercise for injury rehab, with a special focus on knee and shoulder injuries
- Helping people understand their life goals and how to build a happy and meaningful life.
My goal in my coaching programs is to help you understand yourself in a new way that leaves you empowered to take your body, your relationships, your career, and your life in any direction you choose. You’ll start off focused on one goal like weight loss or managing a chronic condition or solving a specific problem. You’ll end up with a deeper understanding of your body, your mind, your emotions, and what you want from life.
My motto really sums up my philosophy – “Health, Happiness, and Life Made Simple”. When you finish a program with me you’ll have a clearer understanding of how your body and your mind work. Health, happiness, and life will no longer seem quite so complex and problematic. You’ll have the knowledge and the confidence you need to live happily and healthfully and to thrive.
The only reason most of us struggle so much in life is that we don’t get educated about how our bodies, minds, and emotions work. We scramble to stay healthy and fit, succeed in school or work, build and maintain healthy relationships, and find a sense of purpose without any real idea of our own nature or how we are built. As a result, we constantly work at cross-purposes to ourselves without knowing it, sabotage ourselves (consciously and unconsciously), and make our own lives absurdly hard. None of this is necessary. Working with me will help you understand how to work with your own nature, rather than fighting against it or trying to pretend that you don’t have a nature and that you can just try harder and get results.
